1. How long does it take to ship my order?
Shipping times may vary as each product is personally worn and customized to your preferences. This means that delivery times can fluctuate depending on order volume and the selected options. You will be informed about the status of your order, so you can rest assured that we are doing our best to process your order as quickly as possible.
2. Are the products shipped discreetly?
Yes, all orders are shipped in neutral, discreet packaging. Your privacy is important to us, and we ensure that no identifying marks related to the content or the sender are visible on the packaging.
3. Can I change or adjust my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, once an order is completed, changes or adjustments cannot be made. Please ensure you review your order carefully before finalizing the purchase. If you have any questions regarding products or customizations, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
4. What payment methods do you accept?

Since all products are personally worn and customized, returns and cancellations are unfortunately not possible. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before submitting it to ensure it meets your expectations. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us, and we will work to find a solution.
6. What customization options are available for the products?
Each product offers individual options that you can see when clicking on the product itself. All available options will be shown on the product page and are available for an additional cost.
7. Where do the products come from?
All products in our shop are exclusively worn by me and are personally worn. Each item is carefully selected and prepared to offer you a unique, authentic experience. You can be assured that you will only receive products that are one-of-a-kind and of the highest quality.
8. How secure is my data?
Your data is safe with us. All payments and personal information are processed via secure, encrypted connections. We never share your data with third parties and only use it to process your order and improve our services.
9. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the EU/Europe. Shipping to countries outside the EU/Europe is not available at this time but may be introduced in the future. Please note that no additional customs fees are applied for orders within the EU. If this changes, we will notify you in advance.
